About us

Rhodt unter Rietburg, one of the most beautiful wine villages on the southern wine route. Lots of sun, best wines and intense joie de vivre. A life in northern Tuscany.

In 2017, we found the property of our dreams here and have been renovating it bit by bit. A lot of work, but we like to get up every morning and are always happy to make small progress.

It gives us great pleasure to meet many different guests, to speak to you and thus to broaden our own horizons. We are pleased to meet you.

Rules

Dear holiday guests,

our apartments should be your second home. We want you and our other guests to feel comfortable and rest with us. We have put a lot of effort into the setup and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended as an aid for a harmonious stay. By treating the apartment properly, you will continue to help us to offer you and other guests satisfactory rooms in the future.

General
Should you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please contact us with confidence. All things that are in your apartment or on the terrace may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the entire facility and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please make sure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions.

Kitchen
Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical equipment with care. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or the worktop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean.

Damage
Nobody deliberately damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be delighted if you could report the damage that occurred and we would not ascertain it after the departure at the final cleaning. The tenant (or his liability insurance) is liable for damage in the amount of the replacement cost.

Airing
To avoid mold growth, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least twice per day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.

Due diligence
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The door to your apartment should always be closed and locked with a key when you leave the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage due to bad weather or burglary. Please treat resources such as water and electricity with care.

Disposal
The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate containers are available on the property. Please only use garbage bins and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them sealed in the residual waste bin. No waste, leftover food, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilet, sink or shower. Avoid anything that could lead to blockages in the pipes (please do not put any hygiene articles in the toilet).

Cleaning
Should a mishap happen to you (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remedy this immediately. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to put all used dishes back into the cupboards.

Rest
periods In the interest of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe the public rest periods such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Out of respect, the apartment itself should also be kept quiet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Internet / WiFi
A wireless Internet connection (WLAN) is available in the apartment. Please ask us for the access code. Use of the Internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the internet use of the tenant.

Smokers
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Please leave the apartment and our property to smoke.

Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed (due to bad experiences).

Parking
facilities Unfortunately, our yard is not so big that we can provide you with a private parking space. However, we would be happy to show you a free, public parking space on arrival, which is only 2 minutes away.

Key
Please never give the key out of your hand. Loss of the key must be reported immediately and the guest (or your liability insurer) is liable up to the replacement cost.

Liability
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest (s).

Arrival and departure
Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is possible between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out is requested by 10:00 a.m. on the agreed departure date at the latest. After this time, the Barocker Hof Rhodt can invoice 50 percent of the room price until 3:00 p.m. After 3 p.m. the full amount will be charged. Booked rooms are available to all guests from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Unless a late arrival has been expressly agreed, the Barocker Hof Rhodt is entitled to make reserved rooms available to other guests after 8:00 p.m. The guest cannot make any claims.

With the booking of the apartment, these house rules are also recognized, which is attached to the booking confirmation. Thank you for your attention. We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation and recreation. For questions we are happy to help.
