We have furnished the rooms for you with great attention to detail and hope that you will want for nothing. To make your stay - and that of all our guests - as pleasant as possible, we have put together a few tips for you. They should give you some orientation and help to preserve the special ambience of our hotel.
Feel welcome and cared for
If you are missing something or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us - we will be happy to help you at any time. Everything in your vacation apartment and on the terrace is at your disposal. We only ask that you treat it with care so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way.
Cuisine - enjoy with love
Cooking and enjoying are part of a pleasant stay! So that everyone can enjoy a well-kept kitchen, we ask you to put used dishes, pots and cutlery back in the cupboards, clean and dry. Hot pots and pans are best stored on trivets, and chopping boards are ideal for cutting. If you use the microwave, the next guests will be pleased with the clean microwave left behind.
In case something breaks...
Nobody breaks anything on purpose - and yet it can happen. If you notice minor damage or cause it yourself, please let us know. That way, we can put everything back in order as quickly as possible so that the next guests feel completely at ease.
Fresh air for a good indoor climate
To keep the indoor climate pleasant and prevent mold growth, rooms benefit from regular ventilation - ideally twice a day for a few minutes, especially after showering.
Cozy warmth
Our underfloor heating heats continuously when it is too cold in the home. However, it also does this when the windows are open. Please close the windows after airing the room so that we don't have to waste energy. If you like it colder in the rooms, for example in the bedroom, please let us know so that we can set the thermostats differently for you.
Care with heart
A comfortable home thrives on attentiveness. We would be delighted if you would look after your vacation apartment as lovingly as your own home. When you leave the apartment, please remember to close the windows and doors - this not only protects you from bad weather, but also from uninvited guests. And if you use water and electricity responsibly, not only will the environment be happy, but so will we.
Waste separation - for the sake of the environment
To ensure that we all make a contribution to sustainability, we ask you to separate your waste carefully: Residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot can be placed in the bins provided. Please use garbage bags and dispose of them well sealed. Drains and toilets are only intended for water and toilet paper - this is how we avoid blockages together.
Cleanliness for a good feeling
A small mishap can always happen - if something is spilled or something goes wrong, a quick towel or wipe with a cloth is often enough. On the day of departure, we are happy if you leave the apartment swept clean and put used dishes back in the cupboards.
Show consideration together
So that every guest can relax, we ask you to observe the general quiet times. Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. as well as during lunchtime, the focus may be on relaxation.
Internet & WLAN
We are happy to provide you with free WLAN - just ask us for the access code. You are responsible for your own use.
Smoking
For a fresh and pleasant atmosphere, our apartments and suites are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, we ask that you do so outside the property.
Pets
As much as we love to have animals - due to consideration for the furniture and allergy sufferers, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets. Thank you for your understanding.
Parking
Unfortunately, our yard does not offer any parking facilities, but there are free public parking spaces just a two-minute walk away. We will be happy to show you these on your arrival.
Your key
Please keep your key safe and do not give it to anyone else. If you do lose it, please let us know immediately.
Valuables & liability
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for your personal valuables. Please take care to keep your valuables safe.
Arrival and departure - a warm welcome & goodbye
To enable us to make the best possible arrangements for your arrival, please let us know in advance. As a rule, we welcome you between 15:00 and 21:00, but self-check-in is also possible on request. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am at the latest.
